Karen McGregor Director
Karen joined Deltec Industries in 1987. She started out in the factory and after 5 years of manufacturing sockets and getting her hands dirty, she moved into an administration role. With Karens superior product and industry knowledge as well as her dedication to Deltec, she was named Managing Director in 1999.

Louise Morley CFO Chief financial officer
Since joining Deltec in 2016, Louise brought extensive financial expertise, honed during her tenure at TSB Bank since 2000. Post her second child's arrival in 2015, she transitioned from running her own accounting and payroll business in search of greater stability and adult interaction. Louise excels in overseeing a range of financial operations, from banking to budgeting. Her role also encompasses crucial aspects like capital management and payroll.
Michelle Rostron CSPO Chief Sales & production Officer
Michelle Rostron is a cornerstone of Deltec Industries, with over two decades of invaluable contributions. Her astute leadership has fostered a thriving office environment, setting a high standard for colleagues. Michelle's dedication to excellence shines through all aspects of work, from administration to large-scale projects. Her adept decision-making under pressure and ability to guide the team to effective solutions have earned her peers' admiration.
James Mahon production Supervisors
James Mahon embarked on his professional journey after leaving school in 1983. In 2002, he found his niche in a construction company. Later, his path led him to Deltec, initially in the phone department. Here, he excelled in the meticulous task of re-spraying and maintaining office phones. Recognizing his talent, he transitioned to the warehouse, where he now plays a pivotal role. Jay's expertise ensures seamless functionality, a testament to his dedication and adaptability.
Eddie Whiteside production Supervisors
Eddie Whiteside, our steadfast Warehouse Assistant, has been an invaluable member of the Deltec Industries team since 2014. With a keen eye for detail and a strong work ethic, Eddie plays a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency of our warehouse operations. His dedication and reliability have made a significant impact on our day-to-day functions, earning him the respect and appreciation of colleagues across the board. We're fortunate to have Eddie as a member of out team.
Junior Smith Production Assistant
Junior Smith, our new Warehouse Assistant, joined Deltec Industries in March 2023. With a keen eye for organization and a strong work ethic, Junior plays a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations within our warehouse. Their efficiency and attention to detail make them an invaluable asset to our team, and we look forward to their continued contributions in optimizing our logistics processes. We look forward to working with Junior as he embarks on his journey at Deltec.
Chris Bentley Production Department
Embarking as an apprentice at BNFL, he honed his engineering skills, propelling his journey in the industry. His accomplishments include crafting a specialized steel-weighted machine, revolutionizing furniture durability testing. Beyond the realm of engineering, he finds solace in the exhilarating world of bike racing. This thrilling hobby underscores his penchant for precision and calculated risks, showcasing a multifaceted individual who balances technical prowess with a passion for high-speed pursuits.
Jon West Production Department
Deltec Industries has hired John West in 2022, a talented engineer with a passion for innovation and precision. With a deep technical expertise, John has successfully integrated theoretical concepts with real-world applications, pushing the boundaries of what's possible. John's curiosity and passion for continuous learning ensure Deltec remains at the forefront of industry innovation. His contributions have proven invaluable, and Deltec is excited for more years of groundbreaking innovation with john at our side in the journey.
Taylor Morley Production Department
Since joining Deltec Industries in 2020, Taylor Morley, our dedicated Apprentice Engineer, has demonstrated exceptional growth and a passion for innovation. With a thirst for knowledge and a hands-on approach, Taylor has become an integral part of our engineering team. His contributions have not only enriched our projects but also inspired fellow colleagues. We're excited to witness Taylor's continued development and the impact he'll undoubtedly make in the future of engineering at Deltec Industries.
Tom Donaghy Production Department
Joining Deltec in 2024, Tom has become a key member of our production team, joining us from another local manufacturing business in a search to be more hands on with CNC programming. A keen learner, Tom has made himself invaluable to Deltec and his desire to enrich his knowledge elevates not only his position as a skilled engineer, but also bolsters our manufacturing capabilities. We are proud of the progress Tom has made in his short time at the company, and we are thrilled that he can fulfill his ambitions under our wing.
Reece Nuttall Marketing and Sales
With a rich background in social media and design, Reece has overhauled the Deltec brand since joining in 2024. Despite having a primarily sports focused career prior to joining Deltec, which has seen his work achieve global recognition, Reece has adapted to the industry through constant learning and exposure to the engineering and manufacturing world, and has quickly become a reliable member of the sales team, with exceptional product knowledge and a fresh perspective on Deltec's marketing endeavours.
Liam Birchall Production Department
Liam was recruited in 2024 as an apprentice and since then, has become a core part of the stores and production team at Deltec. His constant drive to learn more about his role as well as the world of engineering has seen his knowledge base grow rapidly, and he has made himself a mainstay in the factory. We are looking forward to seeing how he progresses throughout his career at Deltec Industries.
Lucy Bradshaw Administration Apprentice
Lucy joined Deltec in the middle of 2025 and has embedded herself well into the day to day running of the business, far exceeding the expectations placed on her in all aspects of her work. Lucy is always looking to learn more about the business and the wider industry, and this commitment has seen her become a key cog in the office team, as well as being a capable member of Deltec sales team. We are excited to see her development continue and how her attention to detail and eagerness to develop will elevate Deltec for years to come.

In Loving memory of Danny McGoldrick

In loving memory of Danny McGoldrick, who became an integral part of the Deltec family in 2009. Over the years, Danny’s presence and expertise became synonymous with the tool trade in Scotland, Ireland, and the UK. His dedication and passion left an indelible mark on our community. Danny’s untimely departure has left a void that can never be filled. He was not just a colleague, but a cherished member of our family. His warmth, his laughter, and his exceptional skills will be remembered and missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him. Though he may be gone, he will forever remain in our hearts, a constant source of inspiration and a reminder of the impact one person can have on those around them. Rest in peace, Danny. You will be forever cherished and never forgotten.

Founder

Arthur, an apprentice toolmaker, moved to America where he worked for companies such as Boeing, Chrysler and others. Returning to the United Kingdom with a wealth of knowledge, he founded Deltec Industries in 1979. After an opportunity arose, the subcontract toolmaker was transformed into the reputable manufacturing company Deltec is today.
